Plan to spend the day at the 13th Annual Lynchburg Wine & Music Festival on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the Lynchburg City Stadium in Lynchburg VA. Patrons will enjoy non-stop music all day, 10+ wineries, artisans and crafters, area businesses and fabulous food vendors.
One of the best opportunities in 2024 for you to directly access your target customer base, drive quality leads, substantial sales and have thousands of potential customers viewing your products and services. This show will attract a targeted female and male demographic in the 21-55 age group. In addition to exhibitor space, please inquire about how we can supplement and enhance your current marketing strategy through several sponsorship opportunities.

Vendor spaces are a 10′x10′ space and the prices are as follows:
Food Vendors – $175 (only 8 food vendors will be allowed) SOLD OUT
Artisan & Crafter Spaces (All products must be handmade) - $75
Standard Vendor Space (Direct manufactured / prepared merchandise) - $125
Business Vendor Space (Products and services fulfilled elsewhere) - $275
Winery Vendor Space - Single 10'x10' - Complimentary, Double 20'x10' - $175
